If Shodhana isn't for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order number or license key, and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to explain why (though we appreciate hearing it).
Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments (the merchant of record) to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Your license key is disabled when the refund is issued, so it can no longer be activated on any Mac. We ask that you remove Shodhana from Macs where it is already activated — because the app verifies your license offline after activation, an installed copy is not switched off remotely.
Every copy of Shodhana includes a full-featured 14-day trial with no signup, so you can verify it works for your Mac before paying.
